"Their maintenance and security is very bad. This society don't have much parking space. It has only single level parking and no dedicated parking is set. People keep on finding parking space and society keep on putting panelties on vehicle. Even guest cars are not allowed though it is so big society. Keep yourself away from this society. No facilities, everything is chargeable. High moving charges. AOA tries at every step to make money from you always giving mental stress. They have gate 5. People living near gate can't use it to enter. They have to take the long path to enter the society. Very bad system and management. Security staff is also very rude. Even after denying a wrong delivery person can come to your gate easily but getting a genuine made enter the society needs lot of formalities and approval. At every step you will be frustrated."

"I can say this is a good society well connected with the metro, First of all this society you can easily find out via maps moreover it is built on main road. This society has 3-4 gats and towers too by the name of A,B,C,D etc. this society has lift facilities, guard facility parking facilities etc. Also they have huge rent for their apartment and it depends on what bhk you are looking for. My sister in law leaves there and she said the landlord has increased the rent price because nearby the society has a kind of shopping and food joints opened. According to me it's an overall good society with fully ventilation floors and rooms. All the basic and luxury facilities you can get. Thank you Please ask if you have any questions regarding this."
